How long will my order take and is there a rush charge if I am in a hurry?
Most orders are produced in 1-2 days, however we can ship your order same day. Our job is to produce your tags and make sure they arrive when you need them – never a rush charge for great service.

How long does shipping take?
We ship most badges via UPS. By using the UPS shipping map you can estimate the arrival time of your badges. In order to save our customer money all orders fewer than 5 badges ship USPS. The mail is a bit slower but half the cost. We also ship FedEx at our customer’s request.

How much does shipping cost? 
Shipping costs run around $21 or USPS will cost around $5. Air shipping is available for an additional cost.

Are your products guaranteed?
We guarantee our products to be free from defects in workmanship. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you are thrilled with the products you receive.

What type of payments do you take?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. For those wanting to establish an account please give us a call for a credit application and to discuss our credit policies.

Is there a set-up fee? 
Set Up Fee for all new orders is $19. All reorders do not have a setup fee.

Do I pay sales tax? 
As long as you do not reside in Mississippi currently we do not have to charge you sales tax. If you reside in Mississippi there is 7% sales tax.

Do you send proofs? 
Yes! We want to make sure that your tags arrive exactly the way you want the tags to appear. Proofs are FREE.
