Most orders are produced in 1-2 days; however we can ship your order same day. Our job is to produce your tags and make sure they arrive when you need them – never a rush charge for great service.

We ship most badges via UPS. By using the UPS shipping map you can estimate the arrival time of your badges. In order to save our customer money all orders fewer than 5 badges ship USPS. The mail is a bit slower but half the cost. We also ship FedEx at our customer’s request.

Shipping cost vary. For 1 to 5 tags we ship USPS / total of $5.89 for the entire shipment. For USPS 2 to 3-day Priority shipping usually runs around $11. UPS ground normally runs around $12 to $15. We do offer air shipments but those are quoted for each job.

We guarantee our products to be free from defects in workmanship. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you are thrilled with the products you receive.

Set Up Fee for all new orders is $19. All reorders do not have a setup fee. There are companies that do not charge a setup fee, however they also do not make sure your logo prints properly. They simply print what you send them – so if the logo does not print properly – they blame you. We convert your logo to the proper format for printing and color correct the design to insure your logo prints crisp and correctly. Why would you want a name tag with a bad logo – even if it is free.

As long as you do not reside in Mississippi currently we do not have to charge you sales tax. If you reside in Mississippi there is 7% sales tax.
