Kappa Alpha Theta Name Tags

We are officially licensed to provide name tags and awards to Kappa Alpha Theta. On this page we display a variety of designs that we have manufactured for various chapters. This group of designs is a starting point for ideas for your recruitment name badges. All the elements of the design are changeable other than the emblems and crest. We are not allowed to edit any nationally approved logo designs for your badges. However, these images hopefully will help you on your way to deciding on a name tag design.
 
Our goal everyday is to make ordering simple, easy and hassle free. We think our order process accomplishes that goal in every way. The easiest way to order is by sending us an email or giving us a call. This way allows you to inform us of how you desire your badges to appear. Once we have that information, we develop several proofs of the design and email them to you for your review. Then after we you take a look and we finalize the design, we send you a proof of every name tag in your order. This insures that all the badges you receive are 100% correct. For those of you who like online ordering we also provide an easy to use online form on this page. The form guides you step by step through the order process. You will receive the exact same set of proofs for your approval.
 
Our pricing structure is very transparent as well. The price you see listed is the price you pay. We do not have any hidden fees or cost. The only additional cost would be if you wanted a custom shape design or cutout Greek letter tags. That style tag runs approximately $1 more per tag. Our pricing includes the following:
 

• Any size tag – our standard sizes are 1” x 3” up to 2” x 3.5”
• Any number of lines of text – If you need additional lines for titles we do not charge extra
• Any material – metal or plastic
• Engraved or Digitally imprinted designs and text – 1 color or 100 colors no additional
• Rush production service – if you are in a bind we take care of you – no additional charge

We find that most girls prefer the magnetic backing for their name badges. The pin backing punches a hole in your clothing when attaching, the magnetic does not. The price shown is for a pin backed name tag, however the magnetic backing is only $1 more per tag. Most chapters prefer the magnetic backing.

We make reordering badges quite easy as well. We store your design and job information so each year ordering simple. All we need from the new person ordering is the roster of the girl’s names and an updated shipping address. As an added bonus we keep your pricing at the volume discount price on all future orders, regardless of the quantity ordered. This saves your chapter quite a bit of money over the course of several years.

Production time is normally 2 to 3 days. But please consider the closer we get to Rush, production time increases, usually up to 7 days. But don’t worry, most of the time we can accommodate any realistic request.
